Now Hiring – Sales Associates & Field Crew
Wishwell Farms is hiring seasonal team members for the upcoming growing season. We grow approximately 60 acres of vegetables and sell at multiple farmers’ markets and satellite locations throughout the region.
Our season runs from late May through mid-October, with some work available into November. Positions are ideal for high school and college students, as well as anyone looking for seasonal outdoor work.
Positions Available
Field Crew
Assist with planting, harvesting, washing, and packing produce, along with general farm work.
Sales Associate
Help load trucks, set up market displays, and sell produce at farmers’ markets.
Some positions may combine both roles depending on interest and availability.
Schedule & Hours
- 20–40 hours per week depending on position and time of season
- Help load trucks, set up market displays, and sell produce at farmers’ markets.
- Early mornings required for field work and Saturday markets
- After-school hours available once school resumes
Basic Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Sales Associate (additional requirements)
- Age 16+ with valid driver's license
- Comfortable working with customers
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Must be available Saturday mornings
Pay
- Starting at $13/hour
- $14 - $17/hour for college-age and adult employees. based on experience
- Opportunities for raises, based on performance
- Top pay up to $20/hour
Additional Information
- Work begins late May/early June and runs through mid-October
- Some positions may continue into November
- Preference given to applicants available through peak season (August - September)
